V & Co. Interiors had the pleasure of staging this beautiful condo in Spinnaker Tower, located within Detroit’s Rivertown District. Over the past three years, the developer has started to convert the high-rise waterfront property into condos. The updated units have new high-end finishes with waterfront views. Spinnaker tower offers exposed concrete beams and an industrial loft style finish, paired with sleek wood plank floors, a large, inviting kitchen, and floor to ceiling windows. We chose a palate of blues, light greys and whites, with a persian-inspired area rug as our template. A white, plush cloud sofa separated by a marble and gold accent table creates the perfect foreground to westward views of the Detroit River and downtown; this vantage point was photographed by Hour Detroit as a marketing piece for top producers Matt O’Laughlin and Hannah Hoppough. This two-bedroom condo is well suited as a live-work space, with a spacious master bedroom and an office space featuring a clear desk with a cowhide rug.
