Our designers personally select each piece of furniture, artwork, area rugs, lighting, and accessories to enhance the individual style needs of every home. Includes an expert consultation by one of our interior designers, custom furniture and accessory selection, 3 months of furniture rental, delivery, set up and de-staging included. Occupied Home Staging

Occupied home staging starts with a Pre-Listing “Walk and Talk” consultation where we coach homeowners on the necessary steps to prepare your house for sale. With “buyer’s eyes” we give specific instructions and detail exactly how to depersonalize and stage your home to appeal to buyers. Call to learn more or set up a consultation.

2-Hour Speed Stage

After our do-it-yourself suggestions have been completed a staging expert will come back and fine tune the property for the listing photo shoot and open house. Our professional stagers will position the items currently in the home for the best possible presentation. Reach out and we will make it happen.

Personal Shopping
