Her real estate experience gives her an unsurpassed understanding of what drives buyers’ decision making process, allowing her to advise clients on how to transform an ordinary space to one that is alluring and inviting. Valentina’s new venture into the staging and interior design industry is a natural fit, encompassing her marketing, sales, and real estate expertise. Prior to starting V & Co. Interiors, Detroit, Valentina’s focus was on sales and marketing for several global pharmaceutical companies. Her drive was undeniable and year after year, she was recognized as a Nationwide Top Sales Performer. Valentina's entrepreneurial mindset comes from her family, who immigrated from Turin, Italy, and started a Steel Recycling Business in Windsor, Ontario in the early 1990’s. She remains part owner of her family business, where she has advised on the Board of Directors since the age of 25.
