V & Co. Interiors had a blank canvas to play with in Detroit’s Great Lakes Tower, located in Harbortown. Great Lakes Tower was built in 1988 as apartments, recently renovated and condo-converted. Residents enjoy all the amenities of riverfront living, including access to the riverwalk, fitness and event centers, rooftop and a marina for boat lovers. Our lead designer chose a playful, decisive contrast of black and white, paired with deep brown wood tones and brushed gold accents to set the mood for this move-in-ready space.
