ART HOUSE AT DETROIT CITY MODERN

A designers dream, V & Co. Interiors is thrilled to have staged a beautiful new Carriage House at City Modern, Detroit for Matt O'Laughlin Real Estate Alexander Real Estate Detroit. In collaboration with PLAYGROUND DETROIT our staging also showcased the work of local Artists and gave listing agent Matt O’Laughlin the opportunity to throw a fabulous Art show and Open House. These carriage homes are part of Detroit’s new City Modern development, which units Brush Park’s historic lineage with the thoughtful integration of modern design and urban living. Our lead designer chose a brown leather-channeled sofa, adding colorful accent pillows and accessories that complimented the art. Light-oatmeal toned, oversized accent chairs across from the couch create an inviting place to host family and friends. In the dining room, rich royal blue chairs and an array of tabletop greens uniquely adorn the space. Two bedrooms and two outdoor living spaces were playfully staged with not a detail spared. One of our Lead Designer’s favorite parts of this project was the addition of rustic books on the shelves lining the stairs. She imaged grabbing a book, and sitting in the private courtyard, feet up on a cozy bohemian pouf. This Carriage Home is move in ready, furniture and accessories can easily be negotiated into the price!
